For our Farm animal patients, we offer farm calls and trailer in appointments. Our veterinarians are well prepared to handle any type of call from physical exam with vaccinations, annual dental care, to alternative medicine and even 24 hour emergency services.

Cattle
Bovine Veterinary Services
Servicing the area’s pet large animal as well as dairy and livestock producers
We offer full service medical and surgical services for dairy, beef and pet cattle. From regularly scheduled bovine veterinary care checks to serious emergency care, our veterinary team is well-equipped and well-versed in caring for our bovine patients.
Preventative:
- We provide yearly vaccinations for cattle, including Rabies and a 10-way respiratory/lepto vaccination, as well as a parasite management.
Reproduction Management:
- This includes monthly routine reproduction management, diagnostic ultrasound, fetal sexing, pre-breeding, post-breeding, and postpartum exams. Our ultrasound can detect pregnancy as early as 28 days and can sex a baby at 60-90 days gestation.
Surgical Services:
- Our bovine surgical services include hernia repair, dehorning, c-section, mass removal, displaced abomasum, castration and enucleation.
General Medicine:
- In addition to individual exams, we also can administer milk cultures and lab testing. We have a full in-house lab for sick animal diagnostics and are able to hospitalize cattle at our facility.
Radiology:
- We use digital X-ray to examine lame or injured animals for broken bones and other hidden issues.
Herd Management Consultations:
- In our consultations, we can help you configure a protocol to follow for your herd, to maximize health and desired outcomes through fecal testing and nutritional guidance.
Emergency Services:

Llamas and Alpacas
Llamas and Alpacas
We offer full service medical and surgical services for llamas and alpacas, and even the occasional camel!
These are some of the most common services we provide for camelids:
- We can ultrasound for pregnancy via rectal ultrasound as early as 15 days post mating.
- We commonly castrate males around 2 years of age.
- Yearly vaccinations for camelids include Clostridium C & D, Tetanus, and Rabies.
- We offer IgG level testing and plasma administration for crias.

Pigs
Pigs
We offer full service medical and surgical services for pet pigs. We will see an occasional herd for consultation, but mostly see pet pigs at our clinic.
These are some of the most common services we provide for porcines:
- Routine castration and spaying for pet pigs under general anesthesia.
- Yearly vaccinations for pigs include Rabies and a combination vaccination for Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pasteurella multocida, and Erysipelas.
- We have many pet piggies who come for “spa day” once a year to have their toes and tusks trimmed with sedation.

Sheep and Goats
Sheep and Goats
We offer full service medical and surgical services for sheep and goats and commonly do herd health appointments, as well as see individual animals, to manage a variety of issues.
Some of the most common services we provide for our ruminant patients are:
- Yearly vaccinations, including clostridium C&D, Tetanus, and Rabies. Rabies vaccination is licensed for every 3 years in sheep after the first yearly vaccine.
- Surgery for difficulty birthing (C-Section), for urinary blockages (tube cystostomy), and more.
- For pet goats who suffer from chronic arthritis, acupuncture is a good option for them to manage the pain non-invasively.
- Fecal testing to configure a protocol to follow for your herd to help maximize health.
- Development of a deworming protocol–as many dewormers are not labeled for sheep and goats, these animals often require dose adjustments.
