Kelly
Kelly joined Beckett and Associates in April of 2002 as a part-time receptionist. After quickly changing over to full time, Kelly’s knack for working hard began to pay off. She took a strong liking to our paperless computer system, and by 2005 she was promoted to Office Manager.
In her spare time, Kelly can be found with her family and her animals. She has three children: Keith, Stephanie, and Ashley. Her pets consist of one dog and four cats. Though time off is hard to come by these days, Kelly can also often be found helping stray kittens find the loving and deserving homes they need. She has fostered three kitten litters and counting! She is also involved with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and a proud VHCT2 (Veterinary Health Care Team of Connecticut) board member.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn is a Certified Veterinary Technician who has been working at Beckett & Associates since June of 2000. She graduated University of Connecticut with an Associates Degree in Equine Animal Science. She takes great interest in canine behavior and training with focus on canine aggression.
In her spare time, she enjoys increasing the public awareness of the intelligence and loyalty of the American Pitbull Terrier with help from her 3 dogs Pinto, O'Malley and PacMan. Keeping a close eye on the three dogs is her cat, Mr. Smithers.
Courtney
Courtney began her employment here at Beckett and Associates in the Fall of 2007. You may find her cheerfully answering phones and assisting clients who are checking in and out of appointments. With her eager and ambitious attitude and her willingness to learn, you may also find her helping out with back room duties when she has a free minute. Courtney is an avid equestrian and spends her spare time riding horses and playing with her Miniature Pinscher, Riley.
Diane
Diane joined our receptionist team in August of 2008. She comes to us with a strong background in customer service. In addition to her work experience, Diane also brings her knowledge of dog training and rescue work to us. Although she loves all dogs, she has a particular love for Border Collies and Australian Shepherds. When she's not greeting clients and answering phones, she can be found with her husband, daughters, 3 dogs and gerbils.
Ashley
Ashley began working for Beckett and Associates in summer 2007 and returned from college each summer to work at the clinic. Starting late 2008, she also helped out as a tech on weekends. Ashley graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in spring, 2009 and began working for B&A full time as our large animal technician. Ashley hopes to attend veterinary school in the future. In her free time, Ashley enjoys riding and showing her horse, Howie, in Western Pleasure events. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Mae, and cat, Waldo.
Emily
Emily graduated from Glastonbury High School in 2008. She has been working at Beckett and Associates since June of 2006. You will find her at the clinic doing an assortment of tasks – from assisting in appointments to helping out at the reception area. Emily is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in biology and pre-vet and would eventually like to get her DVM.
Judy
Judy began grooming at Beckett & Associates in April of 2010. She has been grooming professionally since 1975. Judy started her career in California where she groomed dogs for many Hollywood celebrities. She has extensive experience grooming many different dog breeds and she also grooms cats! She has been actively showing dogs since the early 1970’s and belongs to the Collie Club of America and the South Windsor Kennel Club. Judy currently resides in Bolton with her husband, 4 dogs and 2 cats.
